    Welfare and handouts spread multi-generationally based on race constitute enslavement. Those who revel in their "free" Obama Phones don't get it. As with the dystopian world of Orwell's 1984, Free=Slave. There are a lot of smart black people who get it, but it rarely translates to the ghetto.
