Jesse Lee has been appointed to a new position (within the communications department) titled Director of Progressive Media & Online Response. What a perfect title for such an ideologically bent administration.
The post is a new one for this White House. Rapid response has usually been outsourced to the Democratic National Committee (DNC), if not done on an ad-hoc basis by administration officials. And it signals that the White House will be adopting a more aggressive defense of the president and his policies as his re-election campaign gears up.

ReplyDelete@ LL: Christ I hope you're right, but then we have the results of NY 26 that should have been a shoe-in race, and fell to Democrat control through their introduction of a "3rd party" false flag candidate, presto, our team loses. I'm sure this is going to be Dem strategy in 2012 wherever they can do it.

ReplyDeleteFor starters, the RINOs chose a lazy, quasi-Republican who could not articulate basic principles. She exacerbated the problem by failing to make a real effort at outreach.
Next, the Demos ran a "Tea" fraud to siphon votes. They did that here with a "Libertarian" - a liberal buddy of mine.
Last, their candidate ran AGAINST Obamacare.
Conservatism won - but the Repubes lost. They call them the "stupid party" for a reason.
