In a classic CYA maneuver, America's shrinks have de-listed Narcissistic Personality Disorder as a condition warranting treatment. My understanding is that the condition is impervious to treatment protocols (i.e.: incurable), so I can sort of understand why America's "The rapists" have decided to absolve themselves of the responsibility of dealing with narcissists. Presumably, Obama is relieved that he doesn't have a treatable condition.
