Ladies, don't let your sons grow up to be progressive governors

Dan Malloy in Economics 101 Class

Dull-witted Dannel Malloy, Governor of Connecticut, has led my adopted state to fiscal ruin. Now he aims to export his mindless socialist-progressive utopia to the rest of the country by co-authoring the Democrat Party platform which dumb as a rock NYC Mayor Bill DeBlasio has praised as one of the most "progressive" platforms in the history of the Democrat Party. That of course speaks volumes about the clusterf_ckry of the Democrat Agenda for America.

The story is here: Connecticut aims to export its economy-killing ways. It's a critical lesson on exactly how NOT to run government.

Milo Yiannopoulos in Orlando explaining things as they are....

Wow. Hard to believe it's been over a year since I last posted... Anyway, on to why I've resurrected this blog - at least for today. I'd never heard of Milo until tonight, but he is as clear-eyed a human being as there is on the existential threat that Islam represents to the West. There is no sugar-coating the danger, as he makes painfully clear. The video is fairly long, but it is well worth watching to the end.

Laurent Fabius: OK, Everyone, We Have To Put This Globull Warming Scam Over On The World Without Letting U.S. Congress Interfere, Or We Are Doomed

What a dishonest PRICK. Fabius is nothing more than a typical Socialist/Progressive VERMIN statist thief of others' hard-earned wealth.
French minister: 2015 climate deal must avoid US Congress

BONN, Germany (AP) -- The global climate agreement being negotiated this year must be worded in such a way that it doesn't require approval by the U.S. Congress, the French foreign minister said Monday.

Laurent Fabius told African delegates at U.N. climate talks in Bonn that "we know the politics in the U.S. Whether we like it or not, if it comes to the Congress, they will refuse."

If negotiators follow his plan, that would exclude an international treaty that has legally-binding limits on greenhouse gas emissions - something some countries still insist on but which would have no chance of being ratified by the Republican-controlled Congress.

"We must find a formula which is valuable for everybody and valuable for the U.S. without going to the Congress," said Fabius, who will host the U.N. climate summit in Paris in December where the new agreement is supposed to be adopted. See the rest HERE.
And WHY might they refuse Laurent???? Could it be because every single day we learn ever more information that makes it clear that AGW is in fact nothing more than a corrupt scheme invented and perpetuated by internationalist politicians and bureaucrats determined to steal wealth from those who create it so as to perpetuate your power-base through targeted bribery of social and professional constituents?

Well, isn't this kind of what one should expect from FAKE people ... ???

Clinton campaigning in a bubble, largely isolated from real people.

OK! This is how it works! I PRETEND to give a damn about your problems and you don't ask me ANY real questions at all. Got it????

Now there's a SURPRISE or, as Gomer Pyle would often say to his ever bewildered and long-suffering USMC Drill Sergeant Vince Carter: Well Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!!!!

Really, this is NEWS?????

Clinton campaigning in a bubble, largely isolated from real people.

By Anita Kumar

McClatchy Washington Bureau.

— Here’s how Hillary Clinton campaigned for president this week: She took a private 15-minute tour of a bike shop that had closed for her visit. She spoke to four small business owners chosen by her staff in front of an audience of 20, also chosen by her staff. She answered a few questions from the media following weeks of silence.

And after a little more than an hour, Clinton was off, whisked away by aides and Secret Service agents, into a minivan and on to the next event.

Members of the public who wanted to go inside the building to support her, oppose her or merely ask a question of her were left outside on an unseasonably cool Iowa day. Most didn’t bother showing up.
“I am troubled that so far in this caucus cycle she hasn’t had any public town halls,” said Chris Schwartz, a liberal activist from Waterloo, as he stood outside the bike store hoping to talk to Clinton about trade. “If she had a public town hall then we wouldn’t be out here. We would much rather be in there engaging with her.”

Welcome to Hillary Clinton 2.0. Mindful of her defeat by Barack Obama in 2008, Clinton has embraced a new strategy – one that so far does not include town-hall meetings and campaign rallies, media interviews, even public events.

Instead, she holds small controlled events with a handful of potential voters in homes, businesses and schools. She repeats many of the same lines (“I want to be your champion” is a favorite), participants are handpicked by her staff or the event host, and topics are dictated by her campaign.
Brent Johnson, 35, the owner of Bike Tech, said Clinton campaign staffers walked into the shop a week earlier and asked him if he’d be interested in hosting an event. He and the three roundtable participants were on a conference call with the campaign the day before to hear Clinton’s “basic talking points” about helping small businesses. A campaign aide says they found guests through the small business community.

Clinton’s approach – made possible by her lack of strong competition for the Democratic nomination – comes as she works to relate to working American families after years of being criticized as an out-of-touch Washington insider garnering hefty paychecks for her speeches and books.

But the campaign to show the world that she’s never forgotten her middle-class, Middle America sensibilities can be a tough sell from inside a bubble of armored cars, Secret Service agents and wary aides.

“It’s going to come back and haunt her,” said Eric Herzik, chairman of the political science department at the University of Nevada, Reno. “I think it will backfire.”

Heil Hillary.... Those pesky emails issues just linger on, and on, and on, and on....

Achtung!!! Qvestioning mein E-Mail-Konten ist VERBOTEN!!!!

RON FOURNIER
National Journal (H/T Drudge)
May 19, 2015 I don't believe her.

I don't believe Hillary Rodham Clinton when she says—as she did at a brief news conference on Tuesday—that she has no control over the release of her State Department email. "They're not mine. They belong to the State Department."

I don't believe her because a person's actions are more revealing than words: She kept her government email on a secret server and, only under pressure from Congress, returned less than half of them to the State Department. She deleted the rest. She considered them hers.
I don't believe her when she says, "I want those emails out. Nobody has a bigger interest in those being released than I do."

I don't believe her because I've covered the Clintons since the 1980s and know how dedicated they are to what former Clinton spokesman Mike McCurry called "telling the truth slowly." The fact is that she would rather delay the document dump until early 2016—and then have the email released on a single day to overwhelm the media and allow her to declare herself exonerated. That was her strategic choice, Clinton advisers confirmed for me, until a federal judge ordered the State Department on Tuesday to release the email in stages.

ERIC HOLDER'S WET DREAM: Pussification of the Boy Scouts of America

Even I think the BSA are sorry-ass losers....

PATHETIC:  The Boy Scouts of America has banned squirt gun fights from it's approved list of Scout related activities. Absolutely UNREAL!!!!!

The Boy Scouts of America has put out approved activities for its members, and water gun fights are strictly prohibited.
A blog for the organization’s leaders said May 6 that pointing simulated firearms at people is not allowed.

“Why the rule? A Scouter once told me this explanation I liked quite a bit: A Scout is kind. What part of pointing a firearm [simulated or otherwise] at someone is kind?” said Bryan Wendell on the scouting website.

The rule is clarified in the Boy Scouts of America National Shooting Manual, which says “For water balloons, use small, biodegradable balloons, and fill them no larger than a ping pong ball. […] Water guns and rubber band guns must only be used to shoot at targets, and eye protection must be worn.”

Negative feedback flowed into the comments section of the blog.

“This makes BSA look ridiculous and has little if any impact on safety,” said Gary Holeiwnski.
